About the Project
The Scottish Episcopal Church, a member of the Anglican Communion, is one of the largest Christian denominations in Scotland, supporting hundreds of churches through its seven historic dioceses.
Lucent Web Design undertook the complete redevelopment of the Church's website, scotland.anglican.org, reorganising the site structure, crafting a new interface, and integrating the site with the ExpressionEngine web publishing system to allow SEC staff to maintain the site's content.
The site's new features include a flexible system for the publication of the latest news from across the Church, a searchable directory of SEC churches, information about and news and events listings for each of the Church's boards and committees, and details of all SEC publications.
